Affenzahn

For the production of the Affenzahn backpacks, the innovators behind the label use materials that consist of 50% recycled PET bottles. For the big buddy 6 bottles (0.5l) and for the little buddy 3 bottles (0.5l) are used. Compared to conventional production methods, this reduces the amount of water waste by 20%, energy consumption by 50% and pollutant emissions by 60%.

This means: the children's backpacks differ from other brands in that they are consistently produced without harmful substances and in an environmentally friendly way. The Swiss testing institute for textiles made of synthetic fibres "bluesign®" has tested all Affenzahn backpacks for children throughout the entire manufacturing processfor the synthetic fibres and ingredients used and issued the bluesign® APPROVED FABRIC.
