The name OYOY is derived from the letter abbreviation OY, which indicates the origin of every Danish aircraft since 1929. OYOY is more than a brand ? OYOY is for modern families and awakens their childhood memories. The collections represent the Danish tradition of simplicity. OYOY wants to be a strong Danish brand that creates home accessories for children and adults. The brand was founded in January 2012 by Danish designer Lotte Fynboe. The designs are classic, functional and durable with unique details, in beautiful colors.

Organic cotton
Organic cotton is produced according to organic farming guidelines. Unlike conventional cotton farming, the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers is prohibited. For the preservation and improvement of natural soil fertility is fertilized with manure and compost. This increases the humus content of the soil, which can thus store more water and CO2. In addition, the susceptibility to erosion is reduced. Furthermore, the farmers have to keep a crop rotation. This means that cotton is grown in rotation with other crops.
