Påhoj is a clever bicycle child seat that, when removed from the bike, magically transforms into a lightweight buggy.

Many parents know this: you would like to take your child to the park or forest for an outing, but the walk is too far. A good way to get there quickly would be to ride a bike. If there was not only the problem that the child eventually gets tired and wants to be carried. The perfect solution to this problem comes from Sweden, from a company founded by mother and industrial designer Lycke von Schantz. Still a little girl, the Lycke especially enjoyed the bike rides with her mom. In the future, this shaped her desire to cover all distances in the city by bike, and so for many years she was inseparable with her Radl. But when Lycke had a child, she quickly realized that cycling with a child is not always possible and sometimes even quite inconvenient. The idea of combining walking and cycling with your child came about as a master's thesis during her studies at the School of Industrial Design in Lund. And that's how Påhoj was born - a buggy that can be attached to a bicycle as a bike seat in a flash, and takes the kids safely and comfortably to any corner of the city. And a bicycle seat that is quickly and easily removed from the bike and can roll on directly as a buggy. Just unfold the wheels, pull out the handle and off you go! Always using the bike and letting the child ride along is an excellent way to manifest good habits from childhood into adulthood. As the Swedes say, ""Children do what you do, not what you tell them to do"". Show your child how important the environment is to our future by giving him and yourself the freedom to experience urban adventures together.
